I have a joint appointment in the Department of Biological Sciences and The Mallinson Institute for Science Education at Western Michigan University. (I am also listed as an affiliate faculty member in WMU's Department of Philosophy.) My research is devoted to exploring the role history and philosophy of science can play in the teaching and learning of science.
